Hello, Blog readers! I'm so excited to share with you my journey as a new writer living in Edmonton, Alberta. My name is Franz and I'm a 48-year-old Filipino Canadian who was born and raised in this beautiful city. I have a rich and diverse cultural background, as I lived in the Philippines from when I was 3 years old starting in 1977 to 1987. I learned a lot from both countries and I'm proud of my heritage. I'm also a happily married man with two amazing sons, Triston and Landon, who are 23 and 20 years old respectively. They are my pride and joy, and they support me in everything I do. They are also very creative and talented in their own ways. Triston is studying engineering at the University of Alberta and Landon is an aspiring musician who plays guitar and sings.
