 Life’s journey often takes us down paths we never anticipated, and mine was no exception. Grief, depression, anxiety, and doubt were my constant companions, leading me through some of the darkest corridors of my existence. It felt like I was trapped in a never-ending storm, with no light in sight. There were days when even getting out of bed seemed like an insurmountable challenge, and the weight of my emotions threatened to crush my very spirit. The journey through these shadows was fraught with pain and despair. There were moments when the darkness seemed all-encompassing, when hope was but a distant memory. "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
